I had heard that Mr. Gray was fantastic!  And indeed he is very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable.  I was notified when he would be on the property and address preliminary concerns with me as soon as the inspection was completed.  He takes more time than typical inspectors to make sure the property is thoroughly inspected.  Not just combed over.  I received the inspection early the next day and as a 1st time buyer I had a million questions.  He was very patient and professional and answered all of my questions in depth on the consumer so I could understand.  To this day I can still reach out to him regarding items on the inspection that I had questions about. Awesome company!  Awesome inspector!  Money well spent!

Comments: Mr. Gray explained all he would do for the amount I was being charged. He let me know when he arrived at the property and when he was finished. Mr. Gray also called me to tell me his findings. His report was ready very quickly. He called me to go over every bit of it. I appreciated his professionalism and work in a timely manner. The first one was done on a huge mansion of over 6,700 sqft.

You came on short notice, knowing I was flying back to my home state the following day. You got there on time. You were courteous to the home owners and to anyone that questioned you. You looked professional and you took photos of every area that gave you concern. EVEN WHEN THE HOME OWNERS TRIED TO RUSH YOU, you were not rattled. You kept your cool and did not skip even 1 electrical outlet.

The report you gave  was thorough. To the point, and backed up by photos and  explanations. You even dated all the HVAC and water heaters. I was very impressed with the home inspection. It was the best I had ever seen performed.

When I found the second house around the corner, I again went into contract and contacted you for a short notice inspection.
